Return & Refund policy

Every order on Wears Me Right is made just for you and helps an artist. If there's any problem, we're ready to help!


If your item is damaged or faulty, send photos to our Customer Support team creativecanvasdesigners@gmail.com for a quick fix before starting a return.

  • Request a Return: Do this within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Item Condition: Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • No Returns/Exchanges: We don’t accept returns for incorrect items, sizes, designs, spelling mistakes, wrong addresses, or  refused deliveries.
  • Check Your Design: Please review your design (spelling, names, dates, sizes (Check Our Size chart ) before ordering. 
  • we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Fees: Any shipping fees paid are not refundable.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Final Sale: Custom hats cannot be returned.
  • Bulk Orders: No returns on bulk orders.
  • For Complaints: Email a photo or video to info@wearsmeright.com with your order number.
  • Issue Resolution: We will either reprint the item or issue a refund if we can't fix the issue.
  • Color Variations: Colors on your screen may not match the actual product.
  • Sample Orders: Consider ordering a sample before making a larger purchase.
  • Lost Packages: Contact us within two weeks if your package is lost.
  • Carrier Issues: We are not responsible for issues caused by the shipping carrier.
